Construction

An important element of our quality assurance system is our target-oriented control system, which is governed by a separate internal company directive. This system has been designed to adapt to changes in service requirements and to serve the interests of our current and future clients.
The activities of our staff are constantly monitored and, where necessary, supported by the team leaders, shift managers, area managers and central controllers directly managed by the managing director, in the light of the area and the tasks assigned to them, in accordance with the rules established by our company.

Team leaders, shift leaders
They coordinate, direct and monitor the work of the service on a daily basis. Supervise the transfer of watch posts in accordance with the duty roster. The hand-over check includes punctual appearance, uniforms, grooming, transmission of information and documentation. During the day, he/she will continuously monitor the partial completion of ad hoc tasks.

Regional Manager
Regularly checks the security service according to a weekly control plan. The weekly inspection plan includes both day and night inspections. The Area Manager will be under the direct authority of the Security Director.
The inspection shall cover:

  • the appearance of the security guards (appropriate clothing, grooming),
  • documentation of events,
  • proper performance of duties (e.g. patrols),
  • the operational capability of the security equipment provided by the client,
  • The condition and operational safety of the equipment and materials provided by Falkor Security Management Ltd.

The area manager records the findings of the inspection in the inspection logbook and takes immediate action to remedy any deficiencies. In any case, he shall inform the Client’s contact person and the management of Falkor Security Management Ltd. of his observations, suggestions and measures taken.

Central inspectors
Central Inspectors are under the direct authority of the Security Director. They will monitor the Area Manager and his inspections with varying frequency and at different times of the day, in addition to the day-to-day provision of services. They prepare a summary report of the observations made during the operation of the contracting authority’s security service and take minutes of the findings of the inspection, inform their superiors and brief the service on any deficiencies that can be remedied locally. Record the actions and observations for future feedback so that the next inspection can check that the appropriate level of response has been given. Central inspectors are required to exchange views with the designated representative of the contracting authority at least once a week.
